Recently I was wondering about general self-improvement and human development. We all want to improve ourselves (that’s probably why you’re reading this), we all want to be a better people. But I realised that some people think they can focus on physical development, and forget about other aspects of life, and vice versa – they think they can focus on their mind, and forget about body. This isn’t a good approach, as domination of one aspect over another isn’t a natural state – a balance between them is. (more…)
