Basic exercise for energy work

Let’s try fast exercise, you’re going to manipulate psychic energy now. Focus on your right thumb, feel its size and shape. Now use your fingernail and scratch your thumb – this will increase your focus. Scratch it one more time, but this time do a “circular scratch”, meaning “draw” a circle on the top of the biggest joint in your thumb (it’s the second joint, counting from the nail). Now move away your scratching finger, and try to feel the circular movement in the joint, only with your mind.

Keep imagining the movement, literally feel the circles within your joint. In a couple of minutes you should sense the psychic energy – you might feel warm, cold, tingling, pressure, maybe even sligth pain. More examples of your psychic abilities

Have you ever felt the phone is about to ring? If so, then you had a premonition, a simple sign of innate psychic abilities. It might be referred to as simple coincidence but in case of psychic phenomena, there are no coincidences ;).

Create a basic psiball

As you can see, you already have these skills, really! All you have to do is to learn how to use your psychic abilities. Let’s try one more thing – a psiball.

Imagine that you are holding a ball, move your hands into physical position. Then imagine, visualise energy coming from Earth through your legs and torso, to your hands and palms, then into a space between your palms and forming a shape of a ball. Keep visualising the energy moving from Earth to that space and visualise you’re making a ball. After few minutes, stop and focus on the ball you have created – what do you feel? If you sense something, then congratulations – you just created a psiball.
