Although Sigmund Freud was not the sole discoverer of the unconscious mind, he is given a majority of the credit for bringing this theory into the mainstream. Freud believed that there were underlying levels of the mind beneath the conscious one, and it is these hidden levels that dictate much of the behavior of an individual, especially the abnormal behavior: Freud’s main area of interest. Along with the theory of the unconscious mind, dream analysis, emotional catharsis, free association and the stages of sexual development, Freud founded the psychological school of psychoanalysis. However, I don’t like Freud, or his stupid beard and round spectacles. He has caused me years of anguish in undergraduate psychology courses, and therefore, that is the last honorable mention he gets! (more…)

First off, I’ll give you a quick run over of the basic components to telepathy. There are two parts: the sending and the receiving. Without someone who can send a telepathic message, you can’t communicate telepathically. The other way around as well, without someone to receive the message, you can’t communicate telepathically. So, it requires BOTH a sender, and receiver. (The reason for this short paragraph, is that people often blame themselves only, for the failure, and quit faster than they start). (more…)

Telekinesis is a skill that requires both practice and patience. I know, two words that most new guys hate, suck it up its well worth it. I’ve been practising telekinesis for several years now and I’ve improved dramatically. One thing that made me better and more advance in telekinesis is that I made some neat new techniques that work really well. Most people I have chatted with have a lot of problems because they don’t know what techniques they should use, hopefully this will help. (more…)

Meditation is an important element in achieving the ability to produce psi effects. What meditation offers is the ability of the mind to be organised, have fewer random thoughts and distractions, and a higher sensitivity to energetic effects normally filtered out by our conscious minds. (more…)

Shelling is the skill of wrapping an extra energy layer around your energy (a psiball for example) and programming that extra energy layer to hold itself together and to also keep any energy that is inside of it, inside. In short, an energy “shell” does the same thing that a physical “shell” does: keeps stuff in. I do not know a single energy manipulator that cannot, and does not, shell. The entire point of creating a construct is to have it do something, and usually that “something” is being done without you focusing on the energy. Occasionally, the energy manipulator will send the energy away, perhaps towards a target. (more…)

This is a suggestion for a very simplified form of scanning and is a good exercise for increasing general sensitivity. In its simplest form, these types of scans gather fairly basic information, however they can be useful and are easy to verify which is a good thing for practice reasons. So here goes. To be able to scan, you first need to be able to move your awareness. What is your awareness? It’s basically everything you are conscious of. When you move your awareness away from your body, it can be a similar feeling to when you daydream deeply. You forget about your body and become more aware instead of the place you have shifted your awareness to. (more…)
