So you want to learn telekinesis, right? As with everything, learning telekinesis requires two elements – theory and practise. Without intensive training it is impossible to acquire any skills that will show effects. But if you will read over this short article, I will give you some tips for learning telekinesis.

The Theory

How does telekinesis works? No one knows for sure, it is believed that psychic energies somehow interact with physical matter, and therefore spoons are bending, and objects are moving. But if this is really the case, it’s hard to answer. But we know that in order to be successful in telekinesis (I’ve based my opinion on multiple examples of practitioners), you need focus and patience. First one, in order to focus all your efforts on moving an object, second one in order not to give up to early. With these two things, you can move further…

The Practise

First it’s always good to learn the basics – elementary skills like energy manipulation, without which you won’t be able to learn anything. I suggest going through 1st and 2nd sections of Psychic Tutorials. A lot of elementary skills has been described in detailed way in my psychic development ebook. Then you can move to telekinesis itself.

First, it’s good to master the Psi-Wheel. It’s a piece of paper, supposedly created by Russians during Cold War (I mean the design of course), and it’s often mentioned on many websites about telekinesis practice. It’s simple to build, and easy to use – as long as you will remember to put it under transparent box or basin, so the air won’t move it.

Then you can read over and follow instructions mentioned in this articles:

After that, you can move to learning spoon bending (detailed tutorial can be found in my ebook!), and then simple go and try moving bigger and bigger objects. It’s all about practise.

Last tips

Here are some tips for learning telekinesis.

  • Always start with basics – if you think “screw the basics, I’ll start with telekinesis right away”, then you’re going to fail. The sooner you will realize that, the sooner you will learn elementary skills required for telekinesis.
  • Never give up - if you got no results after weeks of training, don’t give up. Keep practising, but if you got no results after few months, simple stop.
  • Pay attention – even if you can’t move anything when practising, your subconscious mind might be doing things, and you might be “geisting” – moving things unconsciously – pay attention to this.

With these tips and knowledge from articles, with enough time you shouldn’t have problems with learning telekinesis.

Telekinesis is not a function or aura or concentration. In fact, intnse concentration will get you nothing but a headache. Telekinesis is a function o brainwave frequencies; specifically the theta frequency of 7.5 Hz although there’s a little room, enough to make 7.8 Hz the upper limit.

For most people 7.5 Hz is a brainwave fquency associated with anxiety and fear– and that’s the time TK is usually exhibited naturally. To produce TK consciously means that on has to learn to reach that lower theta frequency, which is no easy trick by any means.
