Psychic abilities can be learned in two ways, with our without practise partner. The second option is also called “cold practise” and honestly, it won’t take you anywhere far when it comes to psychic development. In order to develop psychic abilities above certain level, you have to find a person to practise with. In reality it’s easier than it sounds.

Why practise partner is important

Have you ever played chess? If you’re playing on your own without any opponent, you can learn how to move pawns, and basic strategic moves, but it won’t be good enough when you will finally face someone flesh & blood. Other person will counter your moves, so you will have to counter his or her counters :).

Although psychic development isn’t about strategy or playing at all, it also requires practise partner, the best example here will be to talk about energy sensing. You can learn how to project energy and how to manipulate it, but without other person you won’t learn how to sense the energy, and you can also forget about learning how to see human aura. Here are few reasons to have practise partner:

  • Two persons can easily practise telepathy, even as simple as sending and receiving colours.
  • Psychic readings are also easier to learn when there are two persons, you can read your partner first and then he can read you.
  • Learning psychometry is easier, even if you can practise cold reading on different items, your partner can provide you with objects and in addition, with knowledge about these objects to confirm or decline your psychometric findings.
  • Motivation increases because two people motivate each other, in some way it’s a form of friendly competition.
  • It’s a lot of fun :)

Where to look for practise partner

Now you see why practise partner is not just important but also useful in psychic development. There are ideas where to look for your practise partner.

  1. Friends – that’s the easiest way, just ask your friends if they would be interested in helping you out with your psychic development. Friends are kind of people who knows more about us than we do, so it’s the best way to start with. If they don’t know about your interests, then perhaps it’s time to tell them?
  2. School (University, College) – or maybe there’s someone in your school that would be interested in learning psychic powers? :) Start with your classmates and then expand your search to general school population. You can try hanging some posters or leaving few leaflets around with contact information, anonymously if you prefer, just make sure you those interested will be able to contact you somehow.
  3. Girlfriend or Boyfriend – if you’re lucky and you have such person then he or she surely knows what you’re doing. Ask if your partner would be interested in developing psychic skills along with you, or at least help you by being your guinea pig.
  4. Family – if your family is open-minded, you can ask them. If not parents, then maybe your brother or sister, or cousin?
  5. Online forums – finally, if you run out of options you can ask on psychic development forums and websites, maybe you will find someone in your neighbourhood. I would advice asking this person for additional LinkedIn or Facebook profile to check out, be careful not to get yourself in troubles with anonymous people. If you can’t find someone near you, maybe at least you will find someone for practising telepathy online :).

One more thing – remember that your practise partner don’t have to develop his or her psychic abilities as well, all the practise partner have to do is to be open-minded and helpful.

Do you have practise partner? If yes, how did you found him or her? Do you have any other advices as to where to look for practise partner?
