5 ways to use runes

Nathaniel, February 21st, 2010 , ,

Norse runes, 24 magical symbols are known as divination system that is used to answer questions, give advices and tell about the possible future. But the truth is, runic divination is not the only way you can use these symbols. Here are the 5 ways to use runes.

Remember that runes are powerful magical symbols – when properly used, they might give you a lot – both material and spiritual wealth. But if used for evil purposes, they might turn against you, and they are powerful enemy. Make sure you use them wisely, and you will use the following ways only to attract positive things, and male no harm.

5 ways to use runes

  • Psychic reading – every rune reading is a psychic reading in some way because interpretation of runes forces us to use our psychic sense to some degree to acquire psychic impressions and information, and make proper interpretation of the cast runes. Rune reading is the primary way to use runes – these sacred symbols were given to Odin as a way for people to support them in their life by answering people questions.
  • Making talismans – runes, when bind together into bindrunes or runic scripts are powerful talismans capable of attracting knowledge, love, friendship, money or just peace of mind. Making talismans is another great way to use these magical symbols.
  • Making amulets – while talismans are meant to attract good and positive things, the purpose of amulet is meant to protect from something negative, like aggression or enemies. Some bindrunes and runic scripts are meant only for this single purpose, to protect. Runes create powerful protection, because they’re in use for hundreds (if not thousands) of years.
  • Esthetic function – creating paintings, or decorating both your home and garden with runes is a nice idea. You can engrave rune symbols in stone or wood, or paint them on your walls. My advice here is to stick with known runic scripts and bindrunes, because random scripts (strings of runic letters) might bring negative results. Also, do not use too many scripts and bindrunes in single room – too many of them might not work well together ;).
  • Language (alphabet) – finally, you can use runes as alphabet to write and read. It was used for this purpose for hundreds of years. It will not only be fun, but it will also develop your mind capabilities further.

See? It wasn’t so hard :). Do you know other ways to use runes? Share them in comments below this post, please!
