Sometimes you’re so tired of everything around you the only thing you want to do next is to run away. Find a shelter, a personal sanctuary where you will be totally alone and no one will disturb you. Some of you might have some sort of summer house, others might have a sanctuary inside of their minds. Tell me, have you ever heard about “The Beach” or “The Zone” or other “imagined” place when exploring the world of psychic phenomenon? Most psychics will tell you they have such place, appearing in front of their closed eyes whenever they want. I didn’t understood what all of this is about until I found my own place of this kind.

The Temple of myself

I’m closing my eyes. It’s sunset all around me. Behind me, there is a wall with a fireplace of some sort. I’m standing on a round temple plaza, from which a road runs so far away it’s disappearing behind the horizon, above which I can see the sun setting slowly. The plaza, along with the whole road, is surrounded by high columns, or pillars. On the plaza, there are three round altars, and I’m standing between them and the wall, facing the altars, and the sun. I can here nothing, it’s quiet around me, and I have this feeling of nothingness, yet this emotional void is so peaceful. All of this is giving me the feeling of some sort of Aztec architecture, even if it’s not similar at all, it’s just the feeling. This is my “Temple.”

The discovery

I was able to discover the Temple thanks to Hemi-Sync technology and The Gateway Experience program. It first appeared to me when I reached F12, Focus 12 – a state of mind in which your body is deeply and calmly asleep, and your awareness is greatly expanded beyond the limits of your physical body. With the help of Hemi-Sync, I’m now able to find myself in the Temple in a matter of seconds. From the scientific point of view, the F12 is a state in which your brain is operating on theta waves, and the frequency of brainwaves is getting lower and lower. This is resulting in better focus and more quiet mind. And these two advantages are useful when dealing with psychic abilities.

The way informations are being given to you in such “zone” is a form of non-verbal communication, instead of words you’re receiving images and feelings, sometimes you just know things. I’m using the Temple when playing with cards. From the entire deck, I’m picking a small set of four cards, from which I’m choosing one card. After memorizing it, I’m putting it back into small deck, and I’m shuffling the set, and I’m placing cards in front of me, assigning numbers to them, 1-2-3-4. Then I’m moving my mind to the Temple, and I’m waiting to see the correct number of the chosen card above one of the three altars. Sufficient to say, I haven’t had better results ever in my life!

But the Temple is used not just for psychic tricks, or meditation (I’m using it to meditate with chakras), but also for simple meditation of an empty mind, Vipassana as it is called. A meditation in which you’re thinking about nothing and you’re clearing your mind. This is a sanctuary into which I can run when I’m tired of daily life. It’s a place “somewhere out there” – is it just your imagination, or a representation of your desires, or maybe it’s your sacred place somewhere on the Astral plane – I do not know. What I know for sure is the frequency of brainwaves giving you a total new perspective on the things around you :).

Finding your zone

I do not know how to find your own Zone without help of Hemi-Sync technology. Perhaps long meditation might be useful here, but I know one thing for sure. Do not try to force the way your Zone look like, do not follow instructions. The Zone will reveal itself for you when your mind will be ready (whenever it means a deep spiritual development or a proper frequency of brainwaves), and you will just know that “this is my zone.” And then, when you will read a book or you will see a TV show in which a psychic will be telling he or she is moving into the Zone, you will understand what the heck the zone is :). And a great place for everyone it is…
