After one year of an intensive practice I decided to make some kind of a summary – where am I after one year, and what are my perspectives for future? What have I learned in the past year, and what have I achieved?

One year ago I decided to “start again” and I have to admit, that I was able to achieve this goal – which was to practice ;). Thanks to setting this goal I’ve begun a process of my personal development (which is pretty popular today), I have learned a lot about paranormal and mind – in general. I’ve found great websites and met nice people. Most important – I’ve decided what I really want to do in my life ;).

But what about psychic abilities? Hmm, I’ve learned a lot about energy manipulation, and my sensitivity greatly increased. Empathy become a lot more familiar skill to me, I don’t have problems with creating a shield in a matter of seconds, psiball is now nothing more than a boring ball of energy. I forgot about psychokinesis months ago classifing it as very un-useful skill.

I made few deals with my sub-c and I won some money on lottery, I discovered the power of crystals. I had a lot of weird dreams and I re-opened my Dreams Journal, and I have found a great pleasure in meditation, yay! And finally, I had few precognition experiences. Anything else? Hmm, I can’t tell you right now as I don’t remember anything else that would be so significant. But hey, I’m still working with my memory :P.

Ergo?

I made a small step in psychic development – very small, but it’s always something. Unfortunatelly, right now I think it’s not enough and definitely, it’s not what I expected. I’ve experienced all these weird things and I know psychic abilities are real, as well as different kinds of paranormal activities are real. But surely, there is a way to develop psychic skills faster than this… It’s time to abandon the “PsiPog School of Thoughts” and see beyond it…

That’s why I’m taking a break – again. I’m not saying I’m leaving the community and abandoning psychics, because I’m not. Even if I won’t return here, ASoM will stay on-line, as it helped me a lot, it will surely help others, and you will keep seeing me online so don’t worry – I won’t dissappear. Also, it’s not because I lost faith in psychics totally or faith in psychics community – neither I did. I have lost faith in the current schools of thoughts functioning among people within the community. Now I know that all these “how-to” articles that can be found on PsiPog or PsiWorld, or even here on ASoM won’t be very useful, at least no more than to achieve what I have achieved.

So yes – I believe current system isn’t very useful, I believe all these psychicic sites won’t help me any more. But I believe there is a way to achieve more, but I will have to look further. Therefore, this is the end of some episode of my life, and at the same time – another “new beginning”. Where it will lead me, I do not know. What I know for sure is that I have to move on if I want to learn more…
