Ethics and perception

Nathaniel, December 26th, 2007

I’m conttinuing my work Playful Psychic. In my slow analysis I’ve reach a fragment about ethics. Skywind presents her question, which could be used for determinating the ethics in the use of abilities – “would this be ethical to do so, if I used a non-psychic method to achieve it?” – in my opinion this is a perfect question, worth of remembering. After many years the psionics gave to me…

Nathaniel, December 26th, 2007

Whoh, well this is fascinating question. I’m dealing with psychics from many years now, but I’ve never thought about any benefits I have from it. I guess I could spare some time to think and write about it. (more…)

A New Beginning, part 2

Nathaniel, December 25th, 2007

My first encounter with psychics was… um… Oh, I know - Phenomenon, with John Travolta as George Malley. A guy is hit by a light and next he is starting noticing strange psychic abilities. Cool, right? And I haven’t even saw UFO lol. Anyway, this was the first time. After few weeks I’ve bought a game – Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy. Very good game. After few days I have used the Force – actually, it was google.com. That’s how I’ve find out PsiPog.net. Heh, guess what keyword I’ve used? Of course: telekinesis. (more…)

A New Beginning

Nathaniel, December 23rd, 2007

This is a continuation of the last entry. I don’t know what to do to make the community wake up, but I know what I need to do for myself. The Archive is working – core functions are included, so there is no need for me to force myself for creating new features. Perhaps in the next month I will add a “report blind links” function but this is all. But the website can’t be more important than psychics.

I’ve decided to start everything from the very, very beginning. I’m going to analize Playful Psychic – step by step, word by word. Well, it’s going to be interesting and fun, because I don’t want to recall abilities – I want to learn them – from nothing ;). Just as I was doing this years ago. Strange? Stupid? Yea, but it is a challenge. Well, we’ll see…

Psychic Development

This is a crisis

Nathaniel, December 22nd, 2007

The following is just my opinion – you don’t need to agree with it. I may be wrong, but I feel I need to write an entry about the state of our psychics community from my point of view – once again. It will be also an entry about myself and my “state”. Click the black button below to read the whole entry.

Paranormal or not – a guide-to

Nathaniel, December 22nd, 2007

I already wrote this entry in the previous database. But since the database does not exist anymore, I’m going to write it again. So when I was reading ‘Playful Psychic’ few weeks ago, I’ve found this part about ‘recognizing’, or ‘researching’ paranormal event. Based on this, I’ve come up with a short guide for researching whatever may be pararormal.

    1. If you have encountered a paranormal event, first of all look for logical explanation.
    2. If you can’t find any logical explanation, then look again – you have to miss something.
    3. If you still can’t find logical explanation, then it MAY be paranormal event.
    4. Whatever you do, someday this event will be logicaly explained by someone anyway.

Short and simple, right? Remember – there is always a logical explenation, even if we don’t know it yet.
